Position Overview:
The Pre-Sales Executive will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and revenue generation for Houzwork.com. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and customer service, with experience in lead generation, prospecting, and pre-sales activities within the interior design or related industry. They will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential clients, initiating sales conversations, and nurturing relationships to drive conversions and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients to arrange qualified leads for sales engagements of superior quality.
Recognize customer requirements, elucidate details, investigate each concern thoroughly, and offer resolutions and/or alternative options.
Take advantage of opportunities to offer additional services for upselling.
If needed, promptly follow up with prospective clients.
Effectively handle numerous outbound calls promptly.
Record all call details accurately in the CRM system following established standard procedures.
Achieve individual and team targets.
Qualify leads and assess their suitability for Houzwork.com's services, identifying key decision-makers, project requirements, and budgetary constraints.
Initiate sales conversations with prospective clients, articulating the value proposition of Houzwork.com's services and solutions.
Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients through ongoing communication, follow-up, and relationship-building activities.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, presentations, and site visits with prospective clients to showcase the company's portfolio, capabilities, and value proposition.
Collaborate with the design team to develop tailored design concepts, proposals, and quotations that meet the needs and aspirations of prospective clients.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless handover of qualified leads and opportunities for further engagement and conversion.
Track and analyze sales performance, pipeline status, and conversion rates to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on sales activities, pipeline status, and pre-sales initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field preferred.
Proven experience in sales, business development, or pre-sales roles within the interior design or related industry.
Strong understanding of sales processes, lead generation techniques, and customer relationship management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth.
Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative and drive.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
